กรณีของผมเกิดจาก Nod คับ ให้ไป Set Nod ที่ advance setup ->Antivirus and antispyware -> Web access protection -> HTTP -> Web browser หา msnmsgr.exe ต้องเป็นช่องว่าง ไม่ติ๊กถูก หรือกากบาท แล้วกด OK คับ Credit: lilee
